Service

Techsolv Biometric Cloud provides device connectivity, attendance storage, reporting, integrations and related subscription services. Availability can depend on internet connectivity, device firmware and third-party providers.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate registration and billing information, protect credentials, configure devices lawfully and obtain all permissions required to process employee attendance information.

Billing

Prepaid services activate after verified payment. Postpaid access requires approval and may be suspended when an invoice remains unpaid beyond its grace period.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used unlawfully, to bypass security controls, overload systems or process information without authority.

Support and termination

Support requests may be submitted through the support page. Accounts may be suspended for non-payment, abuse or material breach.
