TECHSOLVIT SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED processes account, device, employee and attendance information to provide the Biometric Cloud service. Tenant organizations remain responsible for lawful collection of employee biometric attendance and for providing required notices and permissions.

Information processed

We process account contact details, organization and billing information, device identifiers, employee directory fields, attendance timestamps, technical logs and support correspondence.

Purpose and retention

Information is used to deliver, secure, bill, monitor and support the service. Operational logs follow configured retention policies; attendance retention is controlled according to contractual and legal requirements.

Security and sharing

Access is tenant-scoped and role-controlled. Secrets are encrypted and payment processing is handled through the configured payment provider. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the platform or when legally required.
